Q 1:   How do I find my customer id?
A: It is located on the upper left hand corner of your statement as Custid:, and it is listed as ID: on our invoice. If you need further assistance, email us or call customer support.
Q 2:   What are the options for ordering, and can I download order forms?
A: Online, call in or fax - tooth order form will be online for download.
Q 3:   How many days will it take to receive my order?
A: Processing can take 1-2 business days.The delivery depends on the shipping destination – and are typically delivered between 2 to 8 business days in the U.S.
Q 4:   What are the shipping costs on teeth?
A: A ViForm® tooth order with a value of $100.00 or more will be shipped free by FEDEX. A Replica® tooth order of 20 cards or more will be shipped by ground at no charge. Shipments by air will be charged at the air rates.
Q 5:   What are your shipping costs?
A: The cost depends on value weight and distance rates from the designated carrier.

Q 7:   When would I receive denture bags with my order?
A: You will receive bags with HI-I®, and Vitacrilic® Heat cure at no charge,if requested
Q 8:   Can I order the denture bags by themselves?
A: Yes, if you use our heat cure material, the cost is $5.25 per 125 bags, plus shipping, any additional bags can be purchased but are subject to approval.
Q 9:   What are your procedures on returns?
A: There are no returns on opened products unless defective, You must call for RMA . No returns on monomers.
Q 10:   What should I do if I receive a product that is damaged?
A: Contact the carrier to let them know that the product was damaged, then contact Fricke International with the information you received from the carrier.
